Description (partial)
Symptom: Auto-signon configured with Radius authentication, where the Radius server authenticates with AD first and then challenges for an OTP. In this scenario ASA sends the OTP to the backend server instead of AD password and authentication fails. Conditions: Auto-Signon configured with Radius authentication and password management, wherein the Radius server authenticates with the AD credentials first and then with OTP.
