Description (partial)

Symptom:
The following error was seen on the console of a 9513 with DS-X9248-256K9 LC's on downgrade from 6.2(7) to 6.2(5a).

MDS-9513-STG-3 %FIB-SLOT1-3-ERR: 13:59:01 Failed ADJ recovery [0x70000, 0x70000]

Conditions:
Output of attach mod x, "show fib table non-forwarding" shows the following output:
