Multiple windows open when user orders a related service

Please see included screenshot (Multiple Windows Opening). If a user orders a related service, then when the form window appears, the previous one still exists behind, causing performance impact, lag and additional scroll issues.
Expected Result: 
When user selects to order a related service, the previous window should disappear and only the focal window should be present. There should never be 2 instances of the light-box/iFrame window present and in view.
Steps to re-Create: 
1.On Lab, navigate to My Things and eStore Mobile Apps 
2.Open a mobile app 'Offer' of any type 
3.You will see the option to Add Variant (see image New Mob App Variant) 
4.Click the New Mobile App Variant 
5.You will notice that the window remains in place and the new one appears over the top. 
6.On slower machines, this causes the machine to lag until the window behind is closed.
