Symptom: Service Catalog homepage displays empty blue bars after re-login following session timeout. Conditions: After a session timeout happens, system prompts us to re-enter our OAM credentials, and right after we re-login, they have been observing that the system displays vanilla NGC blue bars with no data at all on the landing page.
