Description (partial)

Following an upgrade from 8.6.5 to 10.5 with AgentFlow PKI CAC SSO enabled, Jabber 9.2 will not be able to login. Disabling SSO from the admin CLI or Cisco Unified IM and Presence OS Administration > Single Sign On page. And re-enabling it from the Cisco Unified IM and Presence OS Admin > Single Sign On page will resolve the issue.

Enable PKI CAC SSO on 8.6.5.
Upgrade to 10.5.
