Last Modified

Products (1)
- Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client
Known Affected Releases
3.1(5160)
Description (partial)
Symptom: No Virtual Keyboard to enter AC credentials (as a user would expect) Conditions: Steps to reproduce: 1) Tap on AnyConnect Icon to bring AC into focus for connection attempt (AnyConnect UI appears) 2) Tap on "Connect" (AC Group/Username/PW prompt appears) 3) Note the "Group:" pull down IS selectable with finger tap 4) Note the Username and Password fields CAN be selected, however, a Virtual Keyboard does not appear to enter credentials when tapping on the field(s). NOTE: Step 4 --> In comparison, when the user simply attempts to log onto the device via the Windows GINA, a Virtual Keyboard comes into focus (pops up) to enter their Password. Users would (and do) expect the same behavior (the Virtual Keyboard to appear) when asked to enter (tap on) Username/Password via the AnyConnect Prompt.
