Description (partial)

Symptom:
Callback from Cisco CUCM through QSIG Is not working.  CUCM will send a facility IE with the calling party number as the post-transformation number whereas the called party number will be sent out as the pre-transformation number rather than the post-transformation number.

Conditions:
When we invoke the called party transformation CSS in the call flow.
