Symptom: Because of the DHCP service existing in the network during the installation: . The IP of all the nodes (central, serving, upload and CMHS) are messed up, they are not set from the descriptor file. . The database does not get created, the direct result is that people can not login to BAC or DCC GUI using the defined username and password. Conditions: RMS installation with a DHCP service on the network.
