Description (partial)

Numeric columns in PCA are sorted on the left-most digit regardless of the length of the number. This causes columns with a single digit to be weighted differently than columns with two digits.

For example, under Operate > Diagnostics Summary > PSTN Trunk Summary. sort the table by usage. In this column, an 8% would be weighed higher than a 33%.
