Description (partial)

Symptom:
High traffic loss may be seen with IP FRR and ISIS Multi topology configuration for a node failure scenario. This is due to the fact RIB update of the failed node is delayed by 5 secs (which is default value) or the configured microloop avoidance delay value upon node failure. This happens only in ISIS IPv6 Multi topology configuration

Conditions:
a) IP FRR turned on in the ring
b) Microloop avoidance feature is turned on (this feature was introduced in 3.11 and it's turned on by default)
c) IPv4 and IPv6 is enabled in the ring in Multi topology mode
d) Node failure
