Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a static route is removed from a VRFa and the EVN feature is used to replicate these routes in to a different VRFb then the routes still gets advertised out of VRFb. Routes are removed from the routing table of VRFb but since there is a network statement in VRFb the network is still advertised even though it is no longer in the  routing table

Conditions:
under normal operation
