Description (partial)

Symptom:
Issue while Import/Export of SAF forwarder

Conditions:
Go to CCMadmin- advanced features - SAF - SAF forwarder - add new 
Create 2 SAF profile without description.
Go to bulk administration - Import/Export - Export it.
Then go to admin page - delete the created saf forwarder.

Import it - submit - check Job status. There it's displaying "Missing key in referenced table for referential constraint (informix.fk_safclientcmnodemap_fksafclientsettings) "

One file getting import successfully and another one gets failure.

If we create SAF forwarder with description , then its working fine
