Description (partial)

During full search reindex consumers might get disconnected from Search_Queue preventing the latter from getting drained. To check if the issue is observed during reindex, login to the RabbitMQ admin console (refer to the Cisco WebEx Social Troubleshooting Guide for instructions on how to access it), go to Queues, click on Search_Queue and expand the Consumers section. You should see at least 1 consumer entry per each Worker node in the cluster. If one or more are missing or the section is empty you need to apply the workaround for the reindex to complete.
