Description (partial)

Symptom:
Application windows can't regenerate after end the call

Conditions:
phone load: sip88xx.10-2-1-4dev
Config actionableAlert with C2-ShowForAllIncomingCall
Configurable filter is kept default
Config phone B with 2 DNs, DN1 and DN2, slect line DN1
open a application on phone B
make a call to DN2 from phone A, then end the call
check phone B UI

result: application window disappear, alert window popup.   but application window can't regenerate after end the call.
