Description (partial)

Symptom:
In rare circumstances objects are missing from Solr after full search reindex. This causes some information to not be searchable in the system. In most cases the worker.log(s) will contain errors about Search failing to index some object.

Conditions:
Full search reindex is triggered from WxS control panel.
