Description (partial)

Due to specific sequence of PVLAN events, PIXM would have undergone memory corruption, this can lead to of the following issues
      - PC and its members are error disabled
      - Incorrect CBL programming tracked by - CSCuo42047    
      - PIXM crash.

1. Primary VLAN should be associated to Secondary VLAN
2. PC should be trunk PC carrying both primary and secondary VLANs
3. STP operating on either primary or secondary on trunk PC.

All the above 3 steps should be done on 626 or 626a. 
If ISSU/ISSD to any future or previous version is done from this state then any PC modify operation (ADD/REMOVE) on the PC will result in one of the above symptoms.
