Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Customers running the Transitional Agent Not Ready Historical report will see two lines for each agent in each time interval (15- or 30-minute). They will also see inconsistent values in the Not Ready Time column as a result. Conditions: CUIC 9.1, ICM 9.0, reports version 9.1.2, when running the Transitional Agent Not Ready Historical report.
