Cisco Bug: CSCuo52413 - ASA-CX: HTML Rendering Errors with Blocked Elements

Last Modified

Aug 19, 2016

Products (1)

  • Cisco ASA Next-Generation Firewall Services

Known Affected Releases

9.2(1.2.69)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
If the CX policies block the site hosting a small element, such as a button or small image, the element would be replaced with the CX default block page. When the underlying HTML page does not have that element bound correctly, inserting the much larger black page can overflow and cause rendering issues with the remaining site.

Conditions:
CX policies block small elements on improperly bound frames or bounding boxes.
