Description (partial)

Symptom:
When logged into the CCMUser webpage, if you zoom in using "Ctrl +" a few times, then we get an arrow where the Phone Services option should be. When you click on the arrow, nothing happens and we are unable to access the Phone Services option unless you zoom out using "Ctrl -"

Conditions:
Issue was first found on version 9.1.2.11021-2, and the latest ES 9.1.2.12036-1 is also exhibiting this behavior. It is likely present on all the versions in between.

Issue is not reproducible on version 9.1.2.11008-1 and prior.

Reproducible on browsers Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome.
