Description (partial)

Symptom:
SIP Interdomain Federation with Lync doesn't work

Conditions:
"Enable use of Email Address for Inter-domain Federation" is unchecked.  
IM&P presence domain is e.g. cisco.com and federated (Lync/OCS) domain is e.g. webex.com
IM&P users have the Lync/OCS domain (webex.com) as email domain, e.g. email address of an IM&P user is john@webex.com
