Unable to retrieve historical reporting information.

Instructions for "Configure Unified Intelligence Center Data Sources" are incorrect in the Installing and Configuring  Cisco Packaged Contact Center, release 9.0(x) and  Cisco Packaged Contact Center Installation and Upgrade Guide, release 10.0(1)
