Description (partial)

With a GETVPN Key Server (KS) and Group Member (GM) configured with either unicast or multicast rekey, there are multiple issues with the event trace when a rekey is sent which may cause confusion:

1. The order of REKEY_RCVD and ACK_SENT events (GDOI_REKEY_EVENT) on the GM is out of order, with ACK_SENT appearing before REKEY_RCVD
2. The IP address of source and destination for REKEY_SENT on the KS showed up as
3. The seq no for ACK_RCVD on the KS showed up as either 0 or very large (garbage) number.

Standard GETVPN deployment with a Key Server and Group Member and either unicast or multicast rekey configured. Event tracing is enabled and a rekey is sent.
