Description (partial)

Symptom:
After uploading valid csv file, job finished with failure, error and no contacts proceed:
From job log file, the following message is seen:
"userid: On row 0: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/http/client/ClientProtocolException"

Conditions:
Uploading contacts via BAT
