Known Affected Releases

8.0.1-023 8.5.5-280 9.7.1-066

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Within the Spam Notification, the column displaying the From-Header details of a message is set too narrow. This way, the user is not able to identify if the sender is legitimate sender or not to determine if the corresponding messages should be released as the From address is highlighted incomplete.

Conditions:
Spam Quarantine notifications are enabled within the IronPort Spam Quarantine.

How to modify ESA SPAM message
Hi, I was asked to modify default SPAM notification message that is generated by ESA. I need to bold some lines and change their color. (probably HTML code) could you tell me where and how to do it? I also need to modify the width of a column (see second pic). As you can see the e-mail address is cut off.  Thank you for your help. Paul Szymanski
