Description (partial)

Symptom:
++ When the user makes a ad-hoc conference call , CDR calling number is generated differently.
++ Hence causing issues in billing.
++ If the number is 9800001 , it will have 6 CDR records for ad-hoc conference calls.
++ For simple calls it will show 9800001 as calling, and for call with conference bridge it will show 069800001.

Conditions:
++ If the number is 9800001 , it will have 6 CDR records for ad-hoc conference calls.
++ For the billing purpose calling number on a conference call should remain same.
++ However the number is not remaining the same and external phone number mask gets added to it.
++ The call is internal and it should not add external phone number mask to it.
++ Also the calling party number should remain uniform throughout the call for billing purpose.
