Description (partial)

Symptom:
Nexus 7000 with F3 module may experience link flaps on port-channels upon VDC reload.
We also see STP BPDU, LACP, UDLD issues as these packets could be potentially corrupted.

Conditions:
Port-channel config on F3 module with active traffic
