Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Standard User and Standard Feature softkey templates  do not contain soft keys supported by the 8831 phone such as "Apps" , "Contacts" &  "Msgs"  not allowing users to reorder soft keys  supported by the 8831 phone.

Conditions:
The Standard User and Standard Feature softkey templates  do not contain soft keys supported by the 8831 phone such as "Apps" , "Contacts" &  "Msgs"  not allowing users to reorder soft keys  supported by the 8831  phone.

Can I reorder the 8831 softkeys? ("apps", "contacts", and "msgs")
Is there a way to change the order of the softkeys on an 8831?  The Softkey Template Configuration doesn't allow me to move the "Apps", "Contacts", and "Msgs" softkeys around.   I'm running CUCM v9.1
