Description (partial)

The problem was seen intermittently after an upgrade from  earlier UCS 1.4 or 2.x release  to later  2.0, 2.1 or 2.2.x release.

Symptom:
UCSM cluster command timesout. UCSM switchover command does not work

Unable to communicate with UCSM controller

Conditions:
This issue is seen intermittently and not consistently reproducible. This issue can be seen when upgrading from 1.4, 2.0, 2.1, etc releases to higher version releases (2.0, 2.1, 2.2).
