Symptom: A vulnerability in data encryption key (KEK) implementation of Cisco ISE could allow an authenticated, local attacker to recover the key and decrypt other fields and files on an affected system. Conditions: The attacker needs to obtain direct access to the database through local shell access. Accessing the encrypted database fields and the fields containing keys would require root permission or permission as the oracle user.
