Description (partial)

Symptom:
When an Operator transfers a call to another queue on another site, if the operator in the transferred TO queue answers and places the call on hold, after the hold timeout, the call is shown to all the operators and not just the one who placed it on hold (despite the operator still being logged in and available).

Conditions:
