Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Console installer used to create the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers registry to assign Run as Admin rights to Console binary. Current installer is not creating that registry.

Absence of this registry can cause problems in working of Console on the operating system with UAC feature (i.e. Windows Vista/7/8).

Conditions:
Absence of the following registry entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers registry to assign Run as Admin rights to Console binary.
