Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the Cisco 8831 is configured to have it's settings access to disabled or restricted, the phone still shows the phone information option.  The phone information option provides IP information for the phone and active and standby UCM servers.

Conditions:
Cisco 8831 on firmware sip8831.9-3-3-5, registered to UCM 8.6.1.20011-4
