Description (partial)

Symptom:
When doing SSH from ASR1K to a remote Cisco router it is not possible to go to enable mode:

router-sshv1>enable 
Password: 
% Password:  timeout expired!
% Error in authentication.

router-sshv1>isco
Translating "isco"...domain server (255.255.255.255)

Conditions:
The remote router is running SSHv1
