Symptom: Active DB failed to upgrade while upgrading from CIM 9.0.1 CIM 9.0.2 Observation: Error message "Failed to update Active Database" is displayed. Conditions: - CIM 9.0.1 upgrade to CIM 9.0.2 - Single-server standalone CIM deployment. - All of the DBs (eGReportsDB, eGActiveDB, eGMasterDB) are on the same SQL server as CIM is.
