Symptom:
memory leak on protect LC:

 BC1EE44     4 2818D4E0 (GUARDIAN_DATA)
 BC1EE5C     4 2818D4E0 (GUARDIAN_DATA)
 BC1EE74     4 2818D4E0 (GUARDIAN_DATA)

Conditions:
1. PRE HA continuously repeated by script
2. One ACTIVE(working/protect) CLC crash (force to crash by test crash command)
3. The crash cause the standby LC become active that will trigger the function to parse the sync data of GUARDIAN
Please refer to the description of the reproduce steps 
All the above cases would happen to cause the guardian drop into one exception handle,  and the handle missed the memory-free operation  that will leaks the guardian sync data while it is on parsing.
