Description (partial)

Cisco Cloud Services Platform would not form High Availability and comes up in warm standby mode as seen in show system redundancy status command.

Either Active or Standby Virtual Services Appliance would have different control VLAN during boot up as seen in the console log, for example:

HW is Cisco Virtual Service Appliance
CPPA_AGENT Control VLAN = 0, CPPA_AGENT Management VLAN = 2050.
