Symptom: When trying to view video in the client within the VSOM interface (Internet Explorer), video does not stream. A black screen is displayed with he error message: "cannot create RTSP connection to server at: ipaddress:554 " This error appears immediate when trying to view video. You may still see the Camera Title on the top of the Pane Video also does not stream in the SASD client. Conditions: This issue may occur on a Windows client when the QoS Packet Scheduler is removed from the NIC card setting under "Local Area Connection Settings"
