Symptom: Customer is having an issue with intermittently getting a mismatch of the called name to called number when transferring call to a directory contact. He is running the CUAC Standard CUCM platform. The operators IP Phone displays the correct name of the person she is attempting to call while the CUAC standard operator software displays the name of someone whom she recently called (phone number is correct). Conditions: CUAC-Standard version 10.0. The issue occurs when an operator dials an extension from the handset rather than the dial pad within the operator client. So for instance: - Operator dials Contact A in console by double clicking directory contact. Then ends that call - Operator dials Contact B using physical handset, the name of contact A will display in the console.
