Description (partial)

Symptom:
Two of the four SFP+ interfaces (Eth1/1/2 and/or Eth1/1/4) on a Nexus 3132 do not send any L2 traffic after being enabled. There are no Rx counters for Eth1/1/2 and Eth1/1/4 as per the output of "show interface eth 1/1/2 counters detail"

Conditions:
not working only in 24 x 40g and 26 x 40g mode
