Description (partial)

Symptom:
Special characters that are % or URL-encoded in a SIP message sent to a TelePresence endpoint running TC software (C, EX, SX, or MX-series) will not be properly decoded back to the proper character set.

Conditions:
Make a call to a endpoint running TC software from a device with a space, ", or other special character in the display or other URI.
