Description (partial)
Symptom: A "Missing Shortcut" and "Problem with Shortcut" pop-up error is thrown, when clicking on the Start Menu short cuts - "Agent Desktop" or "IPCC Supervisor Desktop" under "Cisco Systems CTI Toolkit" program folder Conditions: When the "Agent Desktop" or the "IPCC Supervisor Desktop" has not been installed on the system, and the corresponding short-cut is attempted to be accessed.
