Description (partial)

A "Missing Shortcut" and "Problem with Shortcut" pop-up error is thrown, when clicking on the Start Menu short cuts - "Agent Desktop" or "IPCC Supervisor Desktop" under "Cisco Systems CTI Toolkit" program folder

When the "Agent Desktop" or the "IPCC Supervisor Desktop" has not been installed on the system, and the corresponding short-cut is attempted to be accessed.
