Description (partial)

The sfe_drvr TOPOLOGY time out might result in delay of fabric link/plane bring up and eventually lead to boot-up delays


following syslog is seen occasionally during router bootup: 
sfe_drvr[131]: %FABRIC-FABRIC_DRVR-3-ERR_WAITING_FOR_TOPO_TIMED_OUT : Driver timed out waiting for topology information.  Attempt re-requestfor topology.


Following syslog is seen during turboboot/image upgrade :
sfe_drvr[131]: %FABRIC-FABRIC_DRVR-3-ERR_WAITING_FOR_TOPO_TIMED_OUT : Driver timed out waiting for topology information.  Attempt re-requestfor topology.
After bootup complete, no fabric links should be down due to topology misnmatch, however this initial timeout needs to be fixed.

Symptom:
following syslog is seen occasionally during router bootup: 
sfe_drvr[131]: %FABRIC-FABRIC_DRVR-3-ERR_WAITING_FOR_TOPO_TIMED_OUT : Driver timed out waiting for topology information.  Attempt re-requestfor topology.

Conditions:
This syslog is seen during turboboot/image upgrade
