Description (partial) 

Symptom:
On a lightweight access point, the CUWN (AireOS) version is incorrect.  As a result, when the AP joins a WLC, it may be required to re-download its IOS.  Once IOS is re-downloaded in CAPWAP, and the AP reboots, the CUWN version will be correct.

For example, "show version" on an AP running 15.2(4)JA1 may show the following:

LWAPP image version 7.5.1.73

instead of the expected

LWAPP image version 7.5.102.0

Conditions:
AP is running an IOS image that is factory installed, or installed via the "archive download-sw" CLI, or via the mode button TFTP method, rather than one that was downloaded in CAPWAP from the controller.
