Symptoms: Changes to UCM provisioned endpoints are not picked up by Cisco TMS. Conditions: The issue has been seen in Cisco TMS 14.4. It may also apply to older versions of the product. Workarounds: In Systems > Navigator, manually force refresh the system and/or update the connection settings.
