Description (partial)

Symptom:
Due to specific sequence of PVLAN events PIXM can undergo memory corruption, this can lead to of the following issues
      - PC and its members are error disabled
      - Incorrect CBL programming tracked by - CSCuo34849    
      - PIXM crash.

Conditions:
1. Primary VLAN should be associated to Secondary VLAN
2. PC should be trunk PC carrying both primary and secondary VLANs
3. STP operating on either primary or secondary on trunk PC.
4. Any PC modify operation (ADD/REMOVE) on the PC will result in above symptoms.
