Description (partial)

Symptom:
You're unable to cancel the second consult (step 5) by using the cancel consult key (the minus key) and you can't complete the transfer using the Console. Also, if the second consult has been answered you are unable to toggle the calls

1. Answer a call
2. Mute the call
3. Perform a consult transfer (and answer the consult)
4. Cancel the consult
5. Perform another consult

5. Perform another consult
