Description (partial)

Looking at logs, if one sees a flood of out of service messages, followed by a flood of inservice events leading to the failure, this defect is the likely suspect.

With investigation we can see heavy load on driver at the time of CTI Server crash due to CT link suspending and then being immediately restored. By suspending it seems to be some network interruption confirmed by the MBUS channel also briefly suspending.

Because of CT Link failure, TSP started sending device OutOfService events for all system devices, and then with approx. one minute delay device InService events started coming in. While device InService events were coming in, BLF Server crashed inbetween.
