Symptom:
It is possible to change the names of some resources in the /Unallocated folder when only Browse Dimensions permissions exists. 

When shared resources are stored in a single folder for many users, it will mean that users with permissions to see those resource will be able to change their names on the local CCDM system. They will not be permitted to make changes that will affect the resources on the remove CCE instance.

Conditions:
Users will be able to edit shared resource names when browse permissions exist on a folder where the shared resource resides.
