Description (partial)

Unexpected flooding of frames occurs with traffic ingressing an M2 series line card when no TCN, MAC time out, or manual clear of the mac table occurs.

Traffic ingresses an M1/M2 series line card, to be switched, and the ARP/ND entry for the IP which is associated with this MAC address ages out.
