Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unexpected flooding of frames occurs with traffic ingressing an M2 series line card when no TCN, MAC time out, or manual clear of the mac table occurs.

Conditions:
Traffic ingresses an M1/M2 series line card, to be switched, and the ARP/ND entry for the IP which is associated with this MAC address ages out.
