Description (partial)

Symptom:
Netstack may run of buffers with certain IPv6 features configured, like OSPFv3, DHCPv6 and HSRPv6.

Conditions:
Following messages are observed when Netstack runs out of buffer:
NETSTACK-3-MBUF_FAILED  netstack [xxxx]  m_copyin() failed in ipv6_data_main() (80 bytes)
NETSTACK-2-MPULLUP  netstack [xxxx]  p_ip_output: m_pullup failed for IP, error Operation not permitted
